We are proud to offer our residents student-friendly and military-friendly credit options to be able to afford student housing while you school. You’ll find that we offer you better terms than the majority of apartments or housing communities.
See, most communities typically require a certain credit score AND monthly income from a local employer that equals 3 to 5 times your monthly rent! We get it, you’re a student. You haven’t established all this yet. That’s where we come in.
When you sign a lease with Collegiate Housing Services, you skip over the apartment requirements and step into the student and military-friendly requirements we provide for housing stay during your education.
