It’s great the people are nice and friendly, there’s no noise to worry about and there are multiple spots to find food. When I first moved in my neighbor even offered to show me around the area for good spots to work, transportation, shopping, and chill spots.

The apartments are very nice and clean when you move in. The staff are all very welcoming and are willing to help you in any way possible. The location is also amazing, there are a lot of stores and other fun activities to do.

Very nice and good amenities! Lady at the front desk is always kind and helpful. I especially like that the apartment was fully furnished, and enjoy the balcony a lot.

There’s nothing wrong with the housing experience that is provided to be truthful. The only complaint I have is the big tiring hill I have to walk through to get to my apartment but it just might be because I’m lazy.

I appreciate everything CHS does and how much Dennis takes care of. My roommates have been great. And being able to go to school and have roommates who attend the same school is pretty cool.
