Collegiate Housing Services offers a shared roommate housing program utilizing apartment communities near your campus. The CHS shared housing program lets you focus on school, classes, work and life in general, while enjoying the benefits of having monthly Student Life Activities, Resident Assistants in most apartment communities, and on-campus housing representatives to help with your housing needs.

Please keep in mind that placement and/or availability in all options at specific apartment communities cannot be guaranteed in Shared Housing. We use our best effort to accommodate all housing preference requests but please realize that the most popular options fill up quickly and housing preference assignments are considered on a first come, first served basis. Alternative properties may  be substituted to ensure that all applicants have housing, particularly if you apply less than 30 days from your intended move-in date. Should we not be able to initially grant placement in one of your preferred choices, please remember that you may be able to transfer apartments once one becomes available.
