Housing Representative
CHS Housing representatives are located on campus
for your convenience. Our Representatives are available
during scheduled office hours for resident concerns and after hours for
emergencies via cell phone. CHS Housing
Representatives are available to assist with roommate issues, maintenance
concerns and facilitate apartment transfers. They
also perform regular health and safety inspections on each apartment to help
maintain a healthy and clean environment for all residents.

Furniture
Every CHS apartment comes fully furnished, eliminating
the need to bring furniture from home. Included in each bedroom are
twin-size beds, dresser, night stand, and a lamp. Included in each
apartments shared spaces are kitchen table with four chairs, a couch,
loveseat or chair, coffee table, end table, lamps and a full appliance
package. Students are encouraged to bring their own kitchen utensils, TV
and stereo, and other necessary personal items (i.e. food, cookware,
clothing, linens, shower curtains, wastebaskets, cleaning products, etc).
Maintenance
Most communities that house CHS students employ a
professional maintenance staff that are on-call for emergencies 24 hours a
day. Students can fill out maintenance requests with their apartment
communities as needed. CHS Housing Representatives are available to follow
up on maintenance concerns at the request of our residents.
