They also perform regular health and safety inspections on each apartment to help maintain a healthy and clean environment for all residents.

• Swimming Pool
• Pool Table
• Ping Pong Table
• Big Screen TV
• Lounge/Study Area
• Fitness Room

Every CHS apartment comes fully furnished, eliminating the need to bring furniture from home. Included in each bedroom are twin-size beds, dresser, night stand, and a lamp. Included in each apartment’s shared spaces are kitchen table with four chairs, a couch, loveseat or chair, coffee table, end table, lamps and a full appliance package. Most communities that house CHS students employ a professional maintenance staff that are on-call for emergencies 24 hours a day. Students can fill out maintenance requests with their apartment communities as needed. CHS Housing Representatives are available to follow up on maintenance concerns at the request of our residents.
